Missing EOL notification on M64 Lumpy

Issue description

Google Chrome	64.0.3282.14 (Official Build) dev (64-bit)
Platform	10176.8.0 (Official Build) dev-channel lumpy
Firmware Version	Google_Lumpy.2.111.0
Customization ID	LUMPY

Please specify Cr-* of the system to which this bug/feature applies (add
the label below).

Steps To Reproduce:
(1)Perform AU to M64 10176.8.0 
(2)Reboot the device after successful AU
(3)

Expected Result:
As per the Chromebook AUE dates/plan, lumpy should display EOL notification on M64.
 
Actual Result:
No EOL notification. also, no EOL text at chrome://settings/help tab.

How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to
reproduce?)

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it?

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screen shot or
log if possible.

Sorry, this is an oversight on our part. Nothing AUEd in M64, so this works as intended. We'll be sending updated comms soon.
