Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.84 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. (On Windows) Click the middle mouse button to scroll through a webpage 2. Don't move the mouse 3. Watch Chrome jump to the top of the page What is the expected behavior? Before M62, Chrome would allow for scrolling after the middle mouse button was clicked. That is not possible anymore. This issue still persists in M63. What went wrong? When the middle mouse button is clicked, you end up at the top of a webpage instead of being able to scroll. Did this work before? Yes M61 Chrome version: 63.0.3239.84 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Maybe this is intended, but it seems like a regression to me. I can't speak for any other OS, only for Chrome on Windows 10.

I'll try that. I can't reproduce it every time, unfortunately. I hope I can give you feedback on this sooner than later.

I'm struggling to replicate this issue that I had for many weeks prior to reporting it. I'm not sure what fixed it for me. Maybe the most recent bugfix release for M53. Maybe something else. This ticket can be closed. Sorry for causing any inconvenience.

As per the comment#8 from the reporter, as the issue is no longer reproducible, hence closing this and marking it as won't fix. Thanks!
