Issue descriptionChrome Version : Chrome v62 (Chrome v59 and all other browsers behave correctly) URL : http://www.spp-distribucia.sk/sk_online-aplikacie/sk_proces-pripojenia-a-technicke-zmeny/sk_proces-pripojenia Behavior in Safari 4.x/5.x: Behavior in Firefox 3.x/4.x: What steps will reproduce the problem? The page is a wizard - on the first step choose "Žiadosť o pripojenie do distribučnej siete", "Fyzická osoba" and "Rodinný dom", on the second step check the first option. On the third step scroll down and try type something into the field "Telefonický kontakt:" - the scroll will "jump up". The wizard runs in an iframe. The parent is updating dynamically height of the iframe according to the information received via window.addEventListener(). When the height of the iframe is not updating via window.addEventListener() the problem dissappears.

Thanks for filing the issue! @Reporter: Could you please let us know whether we can close this issue as the problem no longer persists in updated chrome version #63.0.3239.108 as per your comment#1.
