Check for latest expiration date when deduplicating cards to show

Autofill deduplicates cards that have the same number and cardholder when making suggestions to the user.

This code should take into account that a card might have a newer expiration date,

Can you be please be more specific about the version in which you are getting the issue? I am not able to reproduce the issue in current version (63.0.3239.84) as it is not giving suggestion for saving the card details itself.

This one is going to be a little hard to reproduce. You'll need a local card and a server card that are the same, except for the expiration date.
