Third point of “Browse in private - iPad and iPhone” need to be changed appropriately as per design (Tapping on address bar do not show incognito icon)

Issue description

App Version: 64.0.3282.16 beta
iOS Version: 11.2, 10.3.3
Device: iPad

Steps to reproduce:
  1.  Launch chrome beta
  2.  Go to Menu --> New incognito tab
  3.  Tap on “Learn More”
  4.  Check 3 point

Observed results:
“To check if you're in Incognito mode, tap the address bar at the top. On the left, look for the Incognito icon ”  -- Tapping on address bar do not show incognito icon

Expected results:
The sentence need to be changed appropriately as this is only applicable for iPhones.

Yes. The sentence should be changed to say:
"To check if you're in Incognito mode on iPhones, tap the address bar at the top. On the left, look for the Incognito icon Incognito mode. "

I don't think we need to say anything for iPads.
