REGRESSION: [MD Bookmarks] Cannot see bookmark URLs on hover

Chrome Version: 63.0.3239.84
OS: All

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Run MD Bookmarks
(2) Hover your mouse over the bookmarks

What is the expected result?
See the URL of each bookmark on hover.

What happens instead?
See nothing.

This worked perfectly fine in the old bookmarks manager.
