Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.84 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Play this game: http://media.tojicode.com/q3bsp/ 2. Move your mouse to look around 3. Observe the mouse motion is very unsmooth What is the expected behavior? Smooth interpretation of the mouse movement What went wrong? The mouse movement was interpreted as very juddery Did this work before? Yes was working before 06/12/2017 Chrome version: 63.0.3239.84 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: This is not a problem on other browsers.

I'm not quite understand the description. issue 781182 is the camera jump back while moving. But this one seems talking about unsmooth?

"Unable to reproduce the issue on the reported chrome version stable 63.0.3239.84 and the latest canary 65.0.3290.0 using windows 10 with the below mentioned steps. 1. Opened Chrome. 2. Navigated to http://media.tojicode.com/q3bsp/ 3. Looked around using mouse We observed the smooth mouse movement, attaching the screen cast of the same. @Reporter: Could you please have a look at the screen cast and let us know if we have missed any steps in reproducing the issue. Please let us the behavior in a new profile."

Hi, your screencast looks like what we did to reproduce the issue. Do you have the latest creators update for w10? I don't know what you mean by "Please let us the behavior in a new profile"

If I move the mouse slowly, (sometimes) it is ok. Look at the file attached.
