Wiered UI

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:57.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/57.0

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Start chrome
2. It will not open full screen
3. Some part is black in right side of screen.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
UI is not working in full screen of Page

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: <Copy from: 'about:version'>  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0

Unable to reproduce the issue on Win-7 and Win-10 using chrome reported version #63.0.3239.108 and latest canary #65.0.3306.0. Observed that chrome opened full screen.

Reporter@ - Could you please let us know the reported chrome OS version in which the issue is seen.
