What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, navigate to www.facebook.com and sign-in with valid credential
2. Click on Save button of password bubble and Sign out
3. Observe the Password field on Sign-in page

Actual: Blank password field is seen
Expected: Password field should not be blank

This is Regression issue broken in M-65 will soon update other info.
