Default search engine not removable and editable

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.84 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. During surfing, it seted automatically
2. 
3. 

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
A seach engine url is seted default and not opening more actions popup by pressing on 3dots

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 63.0.3239.84  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: 

How to remove it?

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
This is a sign that your computer is infected with malware. Please see https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/2765944?hl=en and try running the Chrome Cleanup Tool https://www.google.com/chrome/cleanup-tool/index.html to remove the malware.
