Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Fedora; Linux x86_64; rv:56.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/56.0 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open DevTools, switch to Network Panel 2. Click any request, open header Panel What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? The outer border and the top border of "General" Section overlap together. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 64.0.3278.0 (Official Build) dev (64-bit) Channel: n/a OS Version: 4.13.16 Flash Version: 28.0.0.129
