[LUCI-Feedback-UI] Sheriff integrations broken by LUCI UI switch

Some things (including, I think, trungl-bot?) pull the current list of sheriffs via https://chromium-build.appspot.com/p/chromium/sheriff.js. This is broken following the switch to LUCI UI. What's the new recommended mechanism for fetching sheriffs?

Status: Available (was: Untriaged)
These should use https://build.chromium.org/deprecated/chromium/sheriff.js URLs instead. Longer term sheriff-o-matic will host them.
