Microphone access not allowed

Chrome VersionVersion 50.0.2661.0        
URLs (if applicable) : WORK URL but cannot share
Other browsers tested: N/A
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari: OK
    Firefox: OK
       Edge: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Trying to allow microphone access
(2) Disabling or Changing extensions
(3)

What is the expected result?
When I go to the website it says I need to click on the allow microphone icon but the icon does nothing when clicked. Right or Left click.

What happens instead?
If I try to allow microphone access it freezes and crashed the browser same if I try to disable any extensions. 
I need this browser, it is required for my work!

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

@Reporter: Could you please mention the website which is not allowing you to access the microphone. It would be highly helpful if provided with the extension name which is causing the browser to crash or is the issue seen with every extension. "

The website that I am having the trouble with the microphone is  https://webagent.idialu.com/g5/agent/screen the issue is on all websites though. Thank you!

Unable to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 50.0.2661.0 and on the latest stable 63.0.3239.132 using windows 10 with the below mentioned steps.
1. Launched chrome
2. Navigated to https://hangouts.google.com/
3. Made a call to an other account, where i am able to use/access microphone.
Note: Unable to check the issue on the link provided in comment#2 as it is asking for credentials.

@Reporter: Could you please check the same by upgrading your chrome to latest stable. Link here https://www.chromium.org/getting-involved/dev-channel
