WebGL2 not working, but status is "Hardware accelerated"

Reported by no.marti...@gmail.com, Dec 7 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.94 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to "chrome://gpu/"
2. Go to "http://webglreport.com/?v=2"
3. Compare results

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Webgl2 doesn't work and I get error messages "ES3 is blacklisted/disabled/unsupported by driver".

But the same GPU log site says "WebGL2: Hardware accelerated".

Did this work before? N/A

Status: Available (was: Unconfirmed)
It's because the transformfeedback support is missing from the driver.

GL_ARB_transform_feedback2 is required for GL 3.3.

If you upgrade to GL 4.0, likely you will get WebGL2.

I agree our status reporting should be improved.
