What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have a complete card A and an incomplete card B without a billing address.
2. Select the incomplete card B.
3. Select a billing address.
4. Tap "Done".

What is the expected result?
The now fixed card B should be selected in the main payment sheet.

What happens instead of that?
The card A is selected in the main payment sheet.
