Issue descriptionChrome Version:65.0.3287.0 6f81258f0351810250e0c48cd36a3ba7124a2fb6-refs/heads/master@{#522296} OS: Win(7,8,10) Linux(14.04 LTS). Steps to reproduce: 1.Launch chrome and Navigate to any webpage. 2.Click on security chip and observe view site info bubble. Actual Result: 'Flash' is seen by default in view site info bubble. Expected Result:'Flash' should not be seen by default in view site info bubble. This is regression issue broken in ‘M-65’ and soon update other info Manual Bisect: Good Build: 65.0.3286.0 Bad Build: 64.0.3287.0

Hi! Thank you for filing the bug and the bisect. This is working as intended - the flash permission is the most used permission currently and after the changes in m63 to remove factory-default permissions in the Page Info bubble, we realised Site Details (which is where users should go to change the Flash setting) is not very discoverable. Please see issue 791142 . |
