[Restrict-View-Google] Fatal in com.android.chrome during stress test

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Tool : Gorilla 1.2.4
2. Automated Random TC is being executed

What is the expected behavior?
There should not be any fatal.

What went wrong?
fatal in com.android.chrome observed while doing stress testing.

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? N/A
