Sign in screen - tapping the avatar twice to switch account

Project Member Reported by elizabethchiu@chromium.org, Dec 6 2017

Issue description

To trigger the problem: If you have multiple accounts, tap on the profile picture of the other account.

Both of the profile pictures are dimmed. You will have to tap again in order to switch the account successfully.

See the attached video.

I'm aware of this issue but didn't know of a solution. Good news is that it's not reproducible on the new views-based lock screen.

(This issue is strange. It's not reproducible when using mouse or touch pad to click the profile picture, ie. the issue appears only when tapping. In addition, it's not reproducible when tapping on the name area. But the web-ui implementation does not handle tapping/clicking, or the profile picture/name differently. I haven't found the deeper reason.)

Thanks Colin! :)
