NTP on iPad pro doesn't auto focus on URL bar or Google search

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 62.0.3202.70

Other browsers tested:

have tested this issue:
     Safari: OK
    Firefox:
       Edge:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open NTP with the iPad pro keyboard, or by clicking the new tab button
(2) try to type, and you can't. it's not auto-focused. 


What is the expected result?


What happens instead?

Correct, this is  issue 548179 , which is fixed in M64. lottie@, you should be able to test the fix from a Beta or TestFlight build starting next week.
