Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. add a site w/ a dynamic favicon to the bookmarks bar (eg google calendar)
2. keep that site open in a tab
3. wait for the favicon to change (eg new day in the google calendar example)
4. the favicon in the tab will change, while the favicon in the bookmarks bar remains unchanged (it only updates when you open the site by clicking the bookmark)

What is the expected behavior?
if the favicon in the open tab changes, the one in the bookmarks bar should update as well

What went wrong?
the favicon displayed in the bookmarks bar is a different one than the one in the open tab and you have to open the site by clicking the bookmark to reload the favicon in the bookmarks bar
