Titles not appearing in history for Gsuite documents

Issue description

Chrome Version: 63.0.3239.70 (Official Build) beta (64-bit)
OS: Mac OS X

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Visit a gsuite doc (slides, sheets, docs, etc.)
(2) Look in chrome://history or the "history" menu

What is the expected result?
The document titles should appear in History

What happens instead?
The URLs appear in History, which makes it impossible to tell which doc is which

FWIW, it seems fairly random - I've visited one of the URL-only sites in my history, and have now both an entry with title, and a URL-only entry.

Revisiting history a little bit later, both entries now have the proper title. Usually, revisiting any of the URL-only pages adds a title. (Not always, though. For added difficulty)

This is almost certainly not to do with the actual history page, and likely an issue with how visits are stored in the history database. I don't have time to look at this right now, but might do so when I'm more free. For now, cc-ing someone who's worked in history a bit before.
