Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Visit sites in bookmark bar
2. Clear browsing data (all items checked)
3. Use bookmark bar

What is the expected behavior?
Display no icon or correct icon

What went wrong?
Displays incorrect favicon, either for a different website that is in bookmark bar, or ones I do not recognize.

Chrome version: 62.0.3202.94  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: 

I have uninstalled and then reinstalled Chrome already.  That seemed to fix it for a few days. It is now showing the problem again.
