What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)In sign-out screen click on three dot Menu to 'Add supervised User'
-> Click on 'Create Supervised User' -> enter wrong password in 'Choose the manager for this supervised user' Overlay (observe 'Incorrect password' error message is seen)-> close that overlay
(2)Now in Sign-Out screen try to enter wrong password for User and observe for Error message
(3)Now try to enter correct password for User and observe unable to sign-into the user and sign -out screen becomes unresponsive('Chrome' logo is seen at Top L.H.S)

Expected: 
a)After step (2) Error message 'Sorry your password...' should be seen for user in Sign-Out screen (Please refer 'Expected_ErrorMessageInSign-OutScreen' screenshot)
b)After step (3) should be able to sign-into the user and no unresponsive behavior should be seen

Actual: Instead
a)After step (2)  'Sorry your password...' Error message is seen missingfor user in Sign-Out screen
b)After step (3) unable to sign-into the user and sign -out screen becomes unresponsive('Chrome' logo is seen at Top L.H.S)

This is Non-Regression issue seen from M-55

Note: From M-55 to M-59 same behavior is seen but Uber tray UI is seen same as Signed-In UI i.e. 'Sign-out' option is available
