What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launch Chrome and navigate to above given URL.
2.Click on "Directions" > Choose Transit option > Enter Source and destination.
2.Click on the "Details" link from the list , now click on "Schedule Explorer" to open overlay and Observe.

Actual Result: Pinch to Zoom does not work on "Schedule Explorer" overlay.
Expected Result: Pinch to Zoom should work on "Schedule Explorer" overlay.

This is Regression Issue broken in M-57 and and Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,

You are probably looking for a change made after 434247 (known good), but no later than 434248 (first known bad).
