Blank Username is seen on save password bubble for Facebook Signup page

OS:Win(7,8,10),Mac(10.12.6,10.13.2),Linux(14.04 LTS)

Test URL: https://www.facebook.com

Steps to reproduce:
1.Launch chrome and go to above URL.
2.Fill all required field to create new Facebook account and click on ‘Create Account’ button.
3.Now click on key icon on omnibox and observe username field on save password bubble.

Actual Result:Blank Username is seen on save password bubble. 
Expected Result:Blank Username should not be seen on save password bubble.



This is Non-regression issue seen from M-61

This seems to be a misclassification from the autofill server.

Adding DevRel-Facebook because this could be easily fixed with autocomplete attributes by Facebook as well (autocomplete="username").

I've added a manual override for this and landed a fix for votes collection. But want to wait till Autofill server will produce correct prediction w/o override.
