Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Install "Top cleaner" from play store
2. Unplug power cord to discharge for a while
3. Plug power cord, apps UI popped up and start charging
4. Idle for a while, check battery capacity from app and status tray

What is the expected behavior?
battery capacity from app and system status tray should be the same

What went wrong?
battery capacity from app does not increase
