Unnecessary Browser navigate after clicking on blank text field on Google Earth

Chrome Version:63.0.3239.84 8f51ed0e633e109109762a3deb18a50e8c138819-refs/branch-heads/3239@{#643}/master@{#521956}(64-bit)

OS:Win(7,8,10),Mac(10.12.6,10.13.2).

Steps to reproduce:
1.Launch chrome and go to https://earth.google.com/web/ URL.
2.click on share link option ,click on ‘Get link’ and close overlay.
3.Again perform step 2 ,click on blank text field and observe.


Actual Result:Unnecessary Browser navigate after clicking on blank text field .
Expected Result:Browser should not navigate after clicking on blank text field.


This is Non-regression issue seen from M-63 

Note:Issue is not seen on Linux OS

This is not a Chrome issue, but rather a bug in Google Earth. Please file the issue with Google Earth -- I can repro and I agree with you that this is a real bug.
