Rendering problem HTML/CSS on background DIV image and CSS 3D properties like transform: rotateX(-90deg)

Reported by and...@alfanet.it, Dec 6 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.94 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. just run the html page attached and the background image will appear not complete. the image should be symmetric left and write side, but it is not symmetric. Part of the right side of the image is not displayed
2. Open the developer tool windows
3. Select the DIV with ID=cube
4. find .cube class on the styles tab and uncheck -webkit-perspective: 600px; and perspective: 600px;
5. check again -webkit-perspective: 600px; and perspective: 600px;
The images are now displayed as they should

What is the expected behavior?
Chrome should display the whole background image as it does on previous version 61.0.3163.100

What went wrong?
Chrome does not display DIV Background image using 3D css attributes like -webkit-transform: rotateX(-90deg); -webkit-perspective: 600px; -webkit-perspective-origin: 50% 275px;

Did this work before? Yes 61.0.3163.100

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 62.0.3202.94  Channel: stable

"Unable to check the issue on the reported chrome version 62.0.3202.94 on Windows 10 as the .html file ""ChromeBugs20171206.html"" provided in comment#0 rendering a blank page when we are trying to open it. Attaching the screen cast of the same.

@Reporter: Could you please check the screen cast and it would be highly helpful if provided with any other sample test file to check the issue from TE end.

Thanks!"
