Regression: Extra space is seen for profile pic in Avatar menu.

Chrome Version: 65.0.3286.0 (Official Build)7f87a643cf9d5de271f2b6adeb7e30d6a5f8eb5d-refs/heads/master@{#521956} (64-bit) 
	
OS:Win(7,8,10)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch chrome, open NTP and click on Avtar icon.
2. Press tab and bring focus on profile pic.

Actual Result: Profile pic appears slightly bigger then expected.
Expected Result: Profile pic should appear as expected.

This is regression issue broken in ‘M-65’ and will soon update other info.

Manual Bisect:

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build:65.0.3285.0(Revision:499528)
Bad build:65.0.3286.0(Revision:499829)

You are probably looking for a change made after 521654 (known good), but no later than 521655 (first known bad).

The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.
