I'd like to add one device tester on FYI upstream.  Do we have a spare iOS device we can add to upstream swarm?

Indeed - we do have a bot upstream with a device: build12-b1, per issue 725219, which is blocking issue 723764 for setting it up.

I'm merging this issue into 725219, and suggest we continue the discussion on issue 723764.
