Profile switcher can't scroll to display overflowed profiles

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.94 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Have enough profiles to go below the bottom of the screen 2. Click on your name on the top-right hand corner of the screen 3. Attempt to scroll to view the overflowed profiles What is the expected behavior? To be able to view all profiles, via scrolling or another mechanism What went wrong? The dialog box is static and the remaining profiles can't be seen. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 62.0.3202.94 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.11.6 Flash Version:

I can't find the duplicate, but somebody already asked for that a long time ago (before moving to macviews). Moving to tangltom who is in charge of that UI now.
