Issue descriptionWe recently changed the account used by the tryjobs findit runs on swarmbucket. Jobs are failing with: 403 findit-builder@chops-service-accounts.iam.gserviceaccount.com does not have storage.objects.list access to chrome-telemetry Could we add this to the right acl?

Also, 403 findit-builder@chops-service-accounts.iam.gserviceaccount.com does not have storage.objects.list access to chrome-partner-telemetry Is this bucket also under your control? Can you think of any others I could be missing?

chrome-partner-telemetry is under our control, and the ACL control is done in this project: https://pantheon.corp.google.com/iam-admin/iam/project?project=chrome-partner-telemetry I added the account as a viewer.
