A-lab Swarming bots build{1,4,8}-a7 dead

There are 3 swarming bots build{1,4,8}-a7 in A-lab showing status 'dead':

They were terminated yesterday (I think it was during the fixing of  issue 791653 ), and didn't revived after that.

All three have been rebooted and no longer showing up as "dead".
