It seems like the ChromeOS proxy blackbox metrics process is dead.

We should find out why, and fix it.

Looks to me like swarm_mon is running fine, but the ts_mon flushing process behind it crashed (lots of messages like " WARNING: Flushing process has been closed (exit code 1)").

I restarted swarm_mon. That fixee this problem. Not sure if it's worth further chase.
