Multi-profile window has large black border inside it on windows external monitor with High-Dpi main screen

Chrome Version: 62.0.3202.94 (Official Build) (64-bit) (cohort: Stable)
OS: Windows 10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Laptop with high dpi screen
(2) External monitor over hdmi, not high dpi
(3) Disable internal screen, running chrome on external monitor.

This is probably related to https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=792095 but is a bit different - as it is a black border in our internal layout, not a native UI element.
