Status of unavailable button not always correct |

Issue descriptionOS: Windows Reported feedback from Googler, anecdotally reproducing across Chrome versions. Status of buttons (unavailable) is not correctly reported. This happened regularly on the screen where you were asked to allow or disallow third party apps for Google. The “allow” button was spoken as unavailable but when you tabbed to it, it was “available”. Need to find additional examples of this problem.

Need clarification: Is this referring to 3rd party apps in G-Suite? Can you provide steps to reproduce the problem? Thank you.
