+dtu, simonhatch: the output wasn't very clear from pinpoint here: looks like none of the tests produced values, but it says it couldn't reproduce. Kicked off another job to see if it's fixed.

Sounds like this bug: https://github.com/catapult-project/catapult/issues/4116

We're not reading the histogram data correctly in some cases and finding the values.
