Experiencing loss of virtual cursor with Jaws 18

Reported feedback from Googler, anecdotally reproducing across Chrome versions. 

Experiencing the loss of the virtual cursor for Jaws 18. This happens quite a bit on the Charles Schwab site, for example. Needs further investigation.

Setting to nektar@ since he has put a fix into Canary that should resolve this issue. The user was notified of the fix and will test.
