Only 4 thumbnails shown at 1366x768

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Screen resolution of 1366x768
2. --enable-features=UseGoogleLocalNtp

What is the expected behavior?
Eight thumbnails should be shown

What went wrong?
Four thumbnails are shown

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: 65.0.3285.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: OS X 10.13.1

This is intended. Tiles should be hidden, when they do not fit on screen. Please see  issue 705655 .

Yup, working as intended: To avoid cutting off the tiles at the bottom, which looks odd, we decided to hide those tiles completely instead.
