autoplay setting in youtube.com is not saved

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/47.0.2526.73 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. clear cookie in chromium browser 2. open youtube.com and play any video(skip adv). 3. click control-bar => setting => Autoplay button change autoplay value from true(default value) to false. 4. exit setting page 5. goto controllbar->setting,then check value of autoplay What is the expected behavior? autoplay value should be false What went wrong? it still true after step 3. Did this work before? Yes 47.0.2526.73 Chrome version: 60.0.3112.113 and latest chromium Channel: n/a OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 27.0 r0
