Sheriff-O-Matic failures of ios_chrome_reading_list_egtests incorrectly reported as infra

Test is failing (see https://uberchromegw.corp.google.com/i/internal.bling.main/builders/ipad11-device-x64/builds/1971) but Sheriff-O-Matic considered this as Infra failure. This classification is incorrect.
