Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.94 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open the test file. 2. Observe the painted content. What is the expected behavior? A greyish green circle should appear. What went wrong? A greish green circle appears inside of a translucent tomato square. The child (.inner) overflows border radius of parent (.outer) if the child has opacity set and a parent of the parent (.wrapper) has -webkit-backface-visibility: hidden; The bug disappears if a remove either opacity of the child or -webkit-backface-visibility: hidden; of the top most parent. Did this work before? Yes I don't know (it worked when we developed it a month ago or so, but was broken when our testers did their final test this week) Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 62.0.3202.94 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.13.1 Flash Version:

Tested the issue on Win-10 and mac 10.12.6 using chrome reported version #62.0.3202.94 and latest M63 build #63.0.3239.85. Observed that the issue reproduces i.e greyish green circle appeared inside of a translucent tomato square. Using latest canary #65.0.3285.0, the issue doesn't reproduce i.e greyish green circle appeared. Tried reverse bisecting by digging further, but observed that the issue doesn't exist in chrome build #63.0.3239.0. Hence, the issue is very inconsistent in nature and won't be able to provide bisect in that case. Note: Removing the Needs-Bisect label as of now and marking it as untriaged. Please feel free to add the same if required. Thanks...!!

This is a composited border radius bug that has been fixed, as it is not broken in M-65. |
