Unable to rename newly added folder

Reported by jazzleer...@googlemail.com, Dec 5 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Enable bookmarks to be shown under the address bar
2. Fill up the bookmark placeholders so the extended >> bookmark icon is shown.
3. Right click on the bookmarks area and select 'Add Folder'
4. Give the folder a name and click 'Save'
5. The folder will be placed in the extended >> bookmarks area
6. Now right click on the folder and select 'Rename'
7. At this point nothing happens when clicking 'Rename'

What is the expected behavior?
The 'Edit folder name' pop-up should be displayed and the user should be able to change the name and select 'Save' or 'Cancel' from this pop-up.

What went wrong?
It appears you cannot rename a folder when in the extended >> bookmarks area when the folder does not contain a bookmark to a site.

Adding a bookmark to the same folder mentioned above enables you to use the rename function in the extended >> bookmark area.

Also dragging the same empty folder to the main bookmarks area under the address bar and selecting the rename function seems to work fine.

Did this work before? N/A
