about:chrome's text "The faster, simpler, and more secure computer" should change when EOL is reached

Project Member Reported by sbesancon@google.com, Dec 5 2017

Issue description

Chrome Version: r58

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Get a Samsung Alex Chromebook
(2) Open about:chrome

What is the expected result?
As the hardware no longer receives security patches, we should no longer says it's "The faster, simpler, and more secure computer"
Maybe just hide that string altogether.

we've already changed the EOL phrasing itself via issue 747360 . the text you describe i don't think exists anymore in current builds which would make this moot (since we can't retroactively change devices that have already hit EOL).

please take a screenshot and highlight what you're looking at exactly.

Right, there was a revamp of the check for update page few milestones ago and text listed in c#0 is no longer displayed in the new pages
