Issue descriptionChrome Version: 65.0.3285.0 (Official Build)2743a763a7e0772fef48cf852925f32b50ac04aa-refs/heads/master@{#521571} OS: Windows(7,8,10). What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Launch Chrome and Open DevTools window. (2) Go to Style section and click to open colorpicker window. (3) Select 'Material' option from 'Color Palettes' and long click on any color, observe. Alternate shades window appears misplaced. Alternate shades window should seen properly. This is a regression issue, broken in M-65 series, will soon update other info.

Update:- Tested this issue on Windows (7,8,10) & Mac OS X(10.12.6,10.13.2) machines using latest Chrome canary build# 65.0.3286.0 fix is working as expected i.e. Alternate shades window seen properly. hence adding TE Verified labels. Please find the attached screen-cast for reference. Thanks..!
