log in issues, TK isn't recognizing my password or face. and giving me one chance before it blocks me

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Think my password has been hacked True saver is not recognizing my face or my password
(2)I have one more try to get this right, my face hasn't changed in 30 years, my password to this account hasn't been changed by me.
(3)Was going to pay for this access this week True key is pretty handy app to me! actually recommending it to my friends
What is the expected result?whether if I'm keeping this app or not, was getting ready to pay for it. and that is a rare thing for me
What happens instead?it says its going to block me out, it has all my passwords stored, I hope it deletes them when it blocks me!
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.my password and face are still the same as far as I know, and I haven't changed anything if this is a bug please delete my info. do not share!
