High Sierra: Chrome Canary hangs trying to talk to macOS font server

Chrome Version       : 64.0.3282.0
OS Version: OS X 10.13.2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the bookmark bubble with --secondary-ui-md

What is the expected result?

Opens

What happens instead of that?

Hangs.

This is working for 62.0.3202.94 and --secondary-ui-md as well - it's just my Canary doing this. My whole system is pretty jank right now though. The font server might even have recovered, gonna submit this bug before I freeze by browser again though.

Yeah, it's working fine now. So this is probably just something we need to be aware of -- ideally we don't block the UI thread in ATS.framework's SendFontManagementMessageWithMessageStatus() :/

MacViews triage: we haven't seen hangs caused by this as we've done the rollout so this is WontFix.
