[mac triage] Maybe related to zine? ( Issue 620296 and https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/list?q=label:zine-ntp-pe things). Apparently NTP is no longer webui, so there may be something leaking now.

On desktop, the NTP *is* still HTML (though not WebUI in the strict sense of WebUIController), it's just on mobile that it's native UI. Is this a recent regression?

Tested on the latest Canary 73.0.3671.0 and a local build, but I'm unable to reproduce the log message. Is this bug still relevant?
