Sign-In Dialogues for Harmony

Raising a bug to track harmonization of all Sign-In dialogues. Can you please take a look at the following dialogues and confirm if these need to be harmonized? I know these may be covered as part of project dice; but would like to confirm. 

We are aiming to turn on harmony in M65. 

SIgn in to Chrome
Sign in confirmation
Sign in errors
Existing data
User menu - signed out / signed in / sync error

This is a dupe of Issue 661638.

"Sign in to Chrome" dialogue is going to be eliminated as part of Dice, so probably not worth converting that one.

User menu has already been converted to MacViews on Mac, but I assume the Views implementation still has to be harmonized.

The rest of the dialogues haven't been harmonized yet. See Issue 661638 for more details.
