New tab background color

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.94 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open a webpage with background color
2. Open a new tab
3. Go back to the page with background color
4. Go to the new tab, now the background color will change.

What is the expected behavior?
No

What went wrong?
Not sure, probably some rendering / display related settings

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 62.0.3202.94  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 27.0 r0

Sorry, I couldn't re-create the bug anymore after restart my Chrome 62.0.3202.94.  Please close this for now.
